Unknown to many, Onna-Bugeisha were female warriors trained in the way of the Samurai. They engaged in battle with male counterparts, every bit as skilled in the deadly arts. This particular femme fatale has a dark past. It’s said that her mask is her truth and her face is just a beautiful lie… The design features a willowing sakura tree, Fuji-san and classic Ukiyoe waves. With a multitude of fine details, you’ll keep discovering more each time you look at it.
